| (25/06/05) Adam and I had an overnighter on the Tidal Trent. He had some cracking fish including Barbel of 10lb 6oz and 8lb 15oz, plus 4 smaller Barbel, 2 Bream and 3 Eels. I managed 4 Barbel to 6lb 1oz, 6 Bream to around 7.5lbs, a Skimmer, a Silver Bream and an Eel. |

| (23/06/05) Fished the River Don with Paul. He had a nice Chub and missed a bite while I managed a couple of Barbel. Plenty of liners, but no other proper bites. I can't wait until the weather freshens up a little. |
(22/06/05) Improve Your Coarse Fisherman Magazine came to do a shoot on the Don. Adam caught a Chub and had to leave before they arrived. Bob had to go home with sunstroke and I only managed around 80 small fish in the 30 degree heat. Not good. |

(20/06/05) Adam and I had a quick session down the Don. Adam managed 9 Barbel and a Chub, I managed 2 Barbel and a Silver Bream. (I spent more time photgraphing Adam's fish than fishing!). Bob turned up later and landed a couple of Barbel on my rod. |
(18/06/05) Had 3 hours on the Don Chubbing and managed 7 of them around 2.5-3lbs. |
(16/06/05) Fished for Barbel on the Don for 4 hours in the evening and only managed this Bream. It hadn't even spawned yet! |

| (17/06/05) Another overnighter on the Don. Adam had 3 small Barbel and a few Chub while I only managed a single Chub - my only proper bite! |
(16/06/05) Opening night of the season was spent on the Don. I only managed 1 Barbel and 5 Chub while Adam managed 2 Barbel, about a dozen Chub and a Bream. |
