  10lb 0oz - My first double from the Don 9lb 10oz barbel from the Don Lee with a nice brace of perch 3lb 2oz perch
  (01.02.07) After five years of trying I landed my first Don double - 10lb 0oz (above left) plus another cracking fish of 9lb 10oz (above) and five other barbel.  Yeee haaa!  (17.02.07) Lee and I fished locally for perch.  Lee managed fish of 2lb 14oz and 1lb 9oz while I managed fish of 3lb 2oz and 2lb 2oz.

(28.01.07) Tim and I fished for chub an a new stretch of the Trent (new to us).  We managed three each but I lost another three.  Doh! (31.01.07) I managed one barbel from the Don but lost two more from (04.02.07) Mike and met up with Simon Ashton, Karl and Lawrence to fish the River Wear for Dace.

  (23.01.07) The river was still 5ft up when I managed this barbel above (6lb 14oz) (24.01.07) WIth 4ft on I managed two barbel of 6lb 10oz and about 4lb (above) (25.01.07) Roaching on Selby Three Lakes produced no definate bites (27.01.07) Bob, Martin and I all blanked on the Torne, Idle and canal while piking.

(14.01.07) Tim, Bob, Martin, Lee and I fished a local match water for perch in very windy conditions.  Tim caught the biggest at 2lb 9oz.

(15.01.07) Monday morning on a flooded River Don (3ft up) produced 7 barbel to 7lb 11oz.  

(21.01.07) While blanking in the River Don, with 7ft of extra water on, up pops this seal!.
